License Description:
License Requirements:
-Licenses issued to residents only.
-Licenses issued to individuals only.
-Applicant must obtain a corporate surety bond in favor of the State of Minnesota in the amount of $1,000 before licenses can be issued.
-All applications must be approved by the Attorney General's office before licenses are issued.
-Annual reports need to be submitted to Natural Resource's enforcement division before licenses are issued.

Annual (March - March)


Determination:
Up to four weeks.


Other Information:
An employee, partner, or officer buying or selling only for a raw fur dealer licensee at an established place of business (Minn. Stat. 97A.475) may obtain a supplemental license for a fee of $55.00 (Supplemental Fur Buyer License, #722)
